What may be covered

• Manufacturing faults arising during normal domestic use within the stated period.
• The components and remedies identified in the product-specific terms.

Typical exclusions

• Natural variation, patina, reclaimed wear and normal ageing.
• Incorrect measurement, unsuitable specification, misuse, poor storage or incorrect installation.
• Work by unauthorised installers or alteration after delivery.
