| Large, fragile or reclaimed pieces | A specialist delivery appointment may apply, but standard UK delivery remains free. |
Free delivery and coverage
Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no price threshold. Remote and offshore areas, stairs, restricted access and unusually heavy items may need advance coordination or a specialist service, but there is no standard-delivery charge. Optional installation, assembly, room-of-choice or other enhanced services are separate from standard delivery and are charged only when clearly selected or agreed.
Before delivery
Check gates, doors, hallways, stairs, lifts and turning space against the packaged dimensions. Unless a room-of-choice, installation or assembly service is expressly included, do not assume it forms part of delivery.
Inspection
Check the number and apparent condition of packages. Note visible damage where possible, keep packaging and photograph any issue before installation. Contact us promptly; statutory rights are unaffected.
